Kosovo Special Prosecutor has filed charges against six people in "the case Bllaca" which claims as members of the Kosovo Intelligence Service have committed serious crimes, reads "Koha Ditore".Two EULEX prosecutors, and Emma Salustro Maorizio RIZZATO accuse Abazi Sadik (1959) by Davidovci, Fahredin Gashi (1969) by Shtime, Hajdari Bruno (1980) from Pristina, two families of Azem Sylës, Syle Blessing (1976) by Kishnareka, Syle Shaban (1965) are from Kishnareka and Shpresim Ukën (1968) born in Belgrade, for involvement in murder and attempted murder.But not these prosecutors have filed charges against a Member of the Assembly of Kosovo, Azem Syla, who, according to Nazim Blace, gave orders to murder the figures of the Democratic League of Kosovo or for the offense of organized crime. Also in the indictment which has provided "Koha Ditore", is not included as Ekrem Jashari, according Blace and Prosecution documents so far, behind the orders for these crimes.Prosecution sources said that "the case Bllaca" is divided into three parts: the murder of Salih Gashi who is being tried as a war crime, the murder of Ibush Kllokoqi and attempted murder of Arif Ismet and Adem Salihaj, as another case and crimeorganized the assassination of Selim Broshës, special occasion.Sylës lawyer Azem, Tome Gashi, I do not know anything for indictment. The indictment is announced that the District Court in Pristina, has announced that a cooperative witness for the attempted murder of Ismet Arifi and Adem Salihaj, but not for killing Ibush Kllokoqi.Because he had taken life with 6 bullets Kllokoqi, Bllaca will be judged in a separate process for this crime trial.
