If you like dried plums give you an extra reason to eat them-are goodfor bones.
Scientists at the University of Florida in Oklahoma have confirmedthat consumption of dried plums ten day improves bone density.
The study authors say that none of the other trees did not have thiseffect on bone density as plums.
Results are obtained after one-year study of two groups of women,each of which has eaten the plums, and finally has resulted in better density of bone.
