Analyzed the data of 22 studies, which have dealt with the relationship between physical exercise and heart disease,including nine studies that have examined how the Participantsinvolved in exercises.
Results showed that the average exercise lasting 150 minutes per week reduces the risk of heart disease by 14 percent, whileexercise lasting 300 minutes per week reduce the risk by 30 percent, compared with people who are not active physically.
Average physical activity includes walking fast, intense cleaning (tosay the windows with suction or deletion), mow the grass or drivingthe bicycle.
Although recommended more physical exercise, 150 minutes per week should be the minimum to which everyone must pay their ownhealth.
