"War" between Apple and Samsung

Legal battle continues between the two major technology companies, Samsung and Apple. Two rivals for months, are conducting a battle over rights to the smartphone and tablets.

Apple claims the company from South Korea has violated its patent with Galaxy line of smartphones and tablet computers, arguing that LG has copied the design, appearance and sensitivity of the iPhone and iPad.
With this argument, a court in Duesseldorf rejected the request of Apple to stop selling the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Germany.

After this decision, Samsung has attracted new birth control pills from the largest trade fair IFA electronics held in Berlin.
